Sales Administrator

The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 12 months Office Experience (Real Estate experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Is ethical, disciplined and believes in self-development.
* Is resilient and can multi-task with ease.
* Is well presented, and has a polite and positive disposition.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* An advantage if you have experience with a range of software packages including or similar to REX, Airtable, Docusign, RPdata.
* Ability to multi-task and work independently
* Superb organisational skills
* Excellent time management
* Initiative and self-motivation
* Willingness and confidence to learn new things
* Strong literacy skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and work autonomously
Duties will include:
* Assisting clients and Sales Representatives
* Handling administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling appointments
* General administrative tasks
* Booking key date inspections ie, photos, termite and building inspections
* Assist with reminders
* Invoicing deposits due
