Responsibilities
- As our Senior CE Technical Consultant, your focus will be to support our client's business goals through agile collaboration. Working on-site within a Scrum team, you'll take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, development, QA, and deployments. The role combines technical expertise in D365 with strong teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between client stakeholders and delivery partners throughout each sprint.
- Writing code
- Testing and analyzing of systems
- Working in an agile sprint environment on a client site
- Technical support of Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
Your profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and customer Portals
- Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services and other methods
- Knowledge of working in agile sprints
