About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist Older Australians in maintaining their independence through in-home care. This includes activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living tasks to promote independence and dignity
* Provide personal care services including showering, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare meals and support with light housekeeping
* Accompany clients on outings and provide social support
Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
