The Role We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on, General Manager - Sales and Distribution, to drive the expansion of Fuzzy Bum honey and take it from our happy hives to the shelves of domestic and international markets. As the business scales, this start-up leadership role will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, brand development, distribution, and supply chain coordination. The successful candidate will help shape the commercial direction of Fuzzy Bum honey. Role Scope Reporting to the Managing Director, you will: Develop and implement a commercial sales and distribution strategy; Establish high performing teams across sales, marketing and distribution; Oversee strategic relationships with key retail accounts and distributors and major retail accounts like Woolworths, Coles, ALDI & Costco; Contribute to brand, marketing and product review and development; Oversee sales and revenue financials; and Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and packaging teams to ensure product is packaged and delivered according to customer needs. About You We’re looking for a commercially astute, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as Commercial Manager or General Manager with proven success in growing sales and revenue within the FMCG industry. An entrepreneurial approach and ability to deliver the commercial strategy. Experience launching new brands/products successfully into domestic and international markets. Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, especially with large retail partners. Solid understanding of supply chain and vertically integrated businesses.
