We are sourcing a Full Time Permanent Survey Technician or Survey Assistant who is keen to learn and develop their skills with an option to becoming a well-rounded and competent field surveyor. In-house on-the-job traineeship and career development is available.
The company provides quality surveying services predominantly for the residential housing industry and Land Development, Engineering, and Construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Feature & Contour Surveys
* TPS, Robotic & GNSS
* Engineering & Construction Setouts
* Subdivisions
* As-constructed Surveys
* Survey calculations
* Drafting

Requirements:
* Effective written, computer literacy and verbal communication skills with direct team members and associated trades
* Respond effectively and quickly to changes in project conditions and client requirements
* Previous Surveying experience &/or studies is favorable
