Role One.
Due to internal movements within the firm, there is a key Senior Associate seat available with one of Perth's leading teams.
You will align with a deeply entrenched tier one Partner in a one Partner team. This Partner acts as Relationship Manager with significant mining entities in Perth.
The Role:
* Core work includes private M&A transactions in the mining sector, including acquisitions, divestments and restructures for domestic and international clients.
* Regular involvement in joint venture and strategic alliance arrangements, including JV formation, restructures, earn-in/farm-in arrangements and ongoing governance advice.
* Drafting and negotiating key mining-sector commercial agreements such as offtake, marketing, operating and contract mining agreements.
* Transaction structuring, SPA and JV documentation, interactions with projects and disputes teams.

Role Two
Due to growth in client activity across the full spectrum of Natural Resources, LNG and Energy Transition, this multifaceted Global team will be looking to add a one-to-two-year Senior motivated by variety and aligning with multiple partners.
The Role:
You will be aligned broadly with Executive leadership for the Resources specialisation internationally for the firm.
This role will continue to hone your client advisory skills as the group tends to get involved early from inception and the Partners hold a wide breadth of long-term tier one clients both locally and internationally. Strategically they operate with a depth of clients across the Asia Pacific Region.
Core matters will include Feasibility assessment as well as structuring delivery across the full mining lifecycle with entrenched billion-dollar private clients and some Nation State government agencies globally.
