Job Description: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and join a group of high performing, self-motivated and driven individuals that collaborate unbelievably well as a team, always helping one another to fill jobs.
Responsibilities:
* Service across both Temp and Perm roles.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing expert advice.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
* Drive effective Business Development strategies and drive sales and new client opportunities.
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and candidates for current and future opportunities.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Fundamental knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
* Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
