Job Description An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue-Collar team and join a group of high performing, self-motivated and driven individuals that collaborate unbelievably well as a team, often servicing the same customers across blue and white-collar services, always helping one another to fill jobs.
Responsibilities
Blue Collar service across Temp and Perm roles in either Mining or Metro sectors
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing expert advice.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Blue Collar positions.
Drive effective Business Development strategies and drive sales and current client opportunities.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and candidates for current and future opportunities.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a blue-collar background
Fundamental knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
