We are looking for someone who is eager to join our dynamic team: a venue all‑rounder working across the bistro, bar, gaming and cafe teams and who is keen to contribute to the exceptional service we offer.
About the role:
* Customer facing role across bistro, bar and cafe
* Working closely with managers and staff to provide exceptional customer service
* Maintaining a clean and organised workplace
About you:
* Ability to work well under pressure and to be able to multitask.
* Strong customer service skills & the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Honesty and reliability.
* RSA and RSG certifications (or willingness to obtain quickly)
* Willingness to learn and adapt
