The role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Yard Person to join our dynamic team at the Wangaratta Toyota dealership in Wangaratta, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when interacting with our vehicles.
What you'll be doing
1. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our vehicle inventory, showroom and outside display yards
2. Assisting with the preparation of vehicles for customer delivery, including cleaning and detailing
3. Safely and efficiently moving vehicles around the dealership as needed
4. Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors to the dealership
5. Supporting the sales team by ensuring the vehicle display is always in top condition
6. Reporting any vehicle issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
7. Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar automotive dealership or yard role
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
3. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
