We're seeking experienced professionals to lead the implementation of telecommunications projects. As a Field Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and plan workflows
* Lead and brief subcontractors on project scope and expectations
* Manage resources, materials, and equipment to maintain project momentum
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to address variations and challenges
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as quality benchmarks
* Support warehouse processes and stock management
* Perform quality checks and report incidents as necessary
About You:
* You possess hands-on experience with a trade qualification and have supervised contractors on civil or telecommunications projects
* Familiarity with Telstra/NBN networks is an advantage
* You can interpret network plans and understand cabling requirements for residential and business structures
* Civil construction experience, including directional drilling, trenching, and ploughing, is beneficial
* You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Will travel across Western Australia
