This is a great opportunity to join their branch in Keysborough as an Account Manager to their valued residential building customers.
**Your new role**
The primary role of the Account Manager is to develop, manage and maintain client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's
- Building and maintaining long term relationships; identify and grow existing business, whilst pursuing new business.
- Identifying & developing prospects and existing opportunities, along with quote preparations, reading, measuring plans & drawings, right through to proposal, presentation and closing a sale.
- Managing a well-established client portfolio with a strong emphasis on business development and customer growth.
- Participate in Sales / Estimating discussions with the team to improve the overall growth and culture of the department
- Provide a high level of service and full comprehension of the full suite of services on offer
- Generate accurate quotes and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Communicate with fellow employees on a continuous basis to achieve efficient and productive processes that benefit all departments
- Develop and maintain new clients as needed
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Recent sales and customer service experience in a Construction/Building Services or materials background
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales capacity, specifically relationship-based approach to dealing with customers
- Exceptional ability to communicate, influence and foster relationships
- Current Australian driver's licence & full work rights (Aus citizen or Permanent Resident, currently residing in Australia)
