Care Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our Residential Aged Care team as a Care Support Professional. The successful candidate will provide direct care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key responsibilities include administering medications, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting assessments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Aged Care is essential, along with a current First Aid and CPR Certificate and Police Check. Flexibility to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts is required.
