Highgrove Bathrooms is looking for a talented and driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of our digital performance strategies across paid search and social channels. In this key role, the successful candidate will also spearhead our email marketing efforts and drive SEO performance. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, the role will play a pivotal part in growing our brand presence, increasing online and in-store traffic, and ultimately maximising return on ad spend (ROAS).
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and optimising our paid digital campaigns and consumer engagement strategies across email & SMS, while collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and partners.
This role is ideal for a data driven, results-focused marketer with strong technical skills and creative flair who thrives on kicking goals!
The Role:
* Lead and optimise national and local search & Shopping campaigns.
* Manage email and SMS marketing strategies, including automations, segmentations, and customer retention and engagement programs.
* Drive SEO and website optimisation to improve rankings, technical performance, and user experience.
* Oversee paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more.
* Monitor overall digital performance, provide insightful reports, and deliver recommendations to continuously improve our engagement, reach, and ROAS.
* Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality and high-performing, on-brand campaigns.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid performance.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
* Hands‐on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid social media marketing.
* Proficiency in email & SMS platforms (Salesforce, DotDigital, Klaviyo, or similar) including automation and segmentation.
* Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
* Background in digital marketing for retail and eCommerce businesses preferred.
