Key Responsibilities
* Schedule Support workers and Brokers within required timeframes
* Liaise with third-party suppliers to confirm service availability
* Manage roster changes due to planned or unplanned leave
* Communicate service adjustments with clients in a clear manner
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Prepare reports as requested by the Team Leader
