Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
* Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and experience with system implementation or upgrades
* Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and award interpretation
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and training coordination
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and bring people together
