Housing Officer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team, providing a range of tenancy and property management services for social and affordable homes.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conducting lease sign-ups
* Routine inspections
* Ensuring accurate information in our system
* Following up client enquiries and complaints
* Maintaining close contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
* Working closely with the Support Coordinator to ensure clients receive necessary support
Requirements:
* Experience in tenancy and property management or community services
* Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
* Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills
* A current drivers licence
* Able to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check
