Candidate Profile

We are seeking adaptable, motivated individuals who demonstrate:

* A strong foundation in Electrical engineering principles
* Strong problem‐solving and communication skills
* Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic and industrial environment
* A proactive approach to learning, teamwork, and safety
* A commitment to driving continuous improvement and making meaningful contributions to the business

Eligibility Criteria

* A genuine passion for electrical systems within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution
* Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights
* Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2026)
* Less than two years of full‐time, discipline‐specific work experience
