ECommerce Manager (Hybrid) – Victoria's Secret & Tory Burch About the Role
We're seeking a commercially driven eCommerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across Victoria's Secret and Tory Burch in Australia.
Your time will be split across both brands, with a focus of 75% Victoria's Secret and 25% Tory Burch, driving performance, optimising the customer journey, and delivering seamless digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Own eCommerce strategy, driving revenue, conversion, and AOV
* Analyse performance, customer behaviour, and market trends
* Lead digital campaigns and optimise the online funnel
* Oversee website operations, UX, and content accuracy
* Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and 3PL
* Deliver insights and reporting using Salesforce & Google Analytics
* Drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives
* Lead and develop a high-performing team
About You
* Experience in eCommerce or digital trading (retail preferred)
* Strong commercial and data-driven mindset
* Confident managing campaigns, platforms, and performance metrics
* Proven leadership experience
