Belle Property Parramatta | Beecroft | Carlingford is expanding its specialist apartment sales team and is seeking driven Sales Agents who want the best of both independence and support.
Based in our beautifully renovated Parramatta office, you will be the face of your own listings while working within a dedicated team structure that includes a Sales Manager and Team Administrator. You will sell across high demand apartment hubs in Parramatta, Epping, Carlingford, Beecroft and Ermington, backed by a strong database, quality leads and a large rent roll of more than 2,300 properties under management.

Responsbilites include:
Managing end to end sales campaigns for apartment and residential listings
Prospecting and nurturing relationships within our core apartment markets
Conducting buyer appointments, open homes and private inspections
Providing consistent, high quality communication to vendors and buyers
Presenting listing proposals & property appraisals
Working closely with the team administrator to ensure all marketing, contracts and documentation are accurate and on time
Leveraging our database, technology platforms and rent roll to identify new opportunities
Representing the Belle Property brand with professionalism at all times
Attending weekly team training and 1:1 coaching with your Sales Manager
Contributing to a positive, collaborative and high performing team culture
The successful candidate will have:
Positive, can-do attitude
Proven success in real estate sales, ideally with experience in apartments or residential
Strong market knowledge and existing client relationships in Western Sydney (preferred)
A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
A professional presence, impeccable presentation and communication skills
A results driven mindset with a focus on service, relationships and repeat business
Confidence using technology, CRM systems and digital marketing tools
The ability to work both independently and within a team structure
A genuine desire to learn, grow and participate in ongoing training and coaching
A reliable car and valid driver's licence
A positive, solutions focused attitude and strong work ethic
