About You
You are an experienced teacher who sees potential everywhere. You bring:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* Proven experience as an ECT with confidence leading pedagogy and practice
* Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG, and contemporary early years pedagogy
* A passion for intentional teaching, play‐based learning, and inquiry
* A reflective, collaborative, and professional approach
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* A strong commitment to child and cultural safety
* A calm, warm, and engaging presence children naturally gravitate towards
