**Maintenance Operations Manager Opportunity**

As the Maintenance Operations Manager, you will oversee the upkeep of properties and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing proactive and reactive maintenance
* Carrying out minor property repairs (e.g., light bulbs, door hinges)
* Maintaining adequate inventory levels of supplies
* Caretaking gardens and entranceways
* Collaborating with the General Manager to establish positive resident relationships
* Regularly inspecting grounds, facilities, and equipment to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
* Planning, scheduling, and coordinating general maintenance and major repairs
* Preparing and administering contracts for property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security
* Additional maintenance and compliance tasks as required
Requirements:
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience and background in hands-on maintenance
- Qualifications in trade or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of community living principles
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid driver's license
