**The position, but not limited to**
- Assisting with property management admin work
- Following checklist procedures
- Liaising with contractors and external stakeholders
- Handling all calls and delegating to the appropriate person
- Database management
- Prepare marketing material if required
- General ad-hoc admin duties
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Real Estate experience highly desirable. **Previous admin experience is a must**:
- Accountability to deliver high-level customer service
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Must have fantastic presentation
