Mepacs Support Officer
This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to coordinate the changeovers of alarm units, ensuring seamless transitions for clients and their families. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning alarms for installation by technicians and clients, providing phone support throughout the process, and maintaining a professional service standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the transfer of alarm units to ensure continuous support for clients.
* Provide alarms for installation by authorized personnel.
* Offer dedicated phone support to clients during the installation process.
* Maintain high-quality service standards when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated proficiency in computer and keyboard operations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous experience in technical phone support.
* Aptitude for data entry and management.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if required.
