We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Assistant Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Port Macquarie. This isn't your average retail role, it's a chance to lead with purpose, inspire those around you, and help women look and feel their best every day.
What You'll Do
* Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‐first experiences.
* Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
* Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
* Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
