This commercial trainee role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of commercial management, including retail account management, B2B e-commerce, operational sales, and category strategy.
As a commercial trainee, you will work with our retailers to develop relationships and deliver integrated strategies to help shape their growth plans.
You will be responsible for building commercial plans from conceptualization to execution, assisting in negotiations for product launches and promotions, and working with internal and external stakeholders to develop accurate stock and sell-out forecasts.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to take direction, and have a passion for driving education and sales with established client bases.
