About the Role: The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is seeking an experienced transformation leader to join its Transformation Office. This is a senior leadership role responsible for directing a program of work within the transformation portfolio, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and overseeing delivery of complex initiatives. You'll collaborate with executive sponsors, business leads, and change management experts to drive organisational-wide change and realise benefits from creating an integrated regulator. It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation. Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
