City of Newcastle (CN) currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Programs & Contracts Officer to join our team at Civic Theatre in this 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
As our Programs & Contracts Officer, you will support the delivery of live performance events across Civic Theatre venues providing administrative, programming, and contractual support. This role works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including artists, hirers, and production companies, to ensure seamless event planning, coordination, and execution.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing contractual processes, tracking performance schedules, and maintaining accurate records and communications to support both commercial and community-based programming. Through your work, you'll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.
