We are currently seeking a highly dynamic individual to fill the role of Recruiter. This role will include but be not limited to: End to end recruitment Consulting and planning of labour resource requirements with other managers Marketing and advertising Sourcing of candidates from within Australia and implementing other recruitment strategies. Assist with day to day running of mobilisation operations when required. FIFO site mobilisation experience an advantage 100% commitment to safety, quality and best practice To be effective in this role the successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience: 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the Mining Industry Cert IV in Human Resources or Business Administration (Desired) FIFO experience Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience working under pressure and organising work priorities to meet deadlines Analysis & problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and team player Strong attention to detail Some flexibility with work hours About Us: Ready Resources provides solutions to large mining clients across the Pilbara Region and wider WA, for their labour hire, maintenance and asset management needs.
