The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of IT – Global Markets to lead and evolve the IT function across Oceania, SEASA and MEA. In this pivotal leadership role you will oversee all systems, tools and technology foundations that enable the business to operate, grow and transform. Your accountabilities include operational stability, cybersecurity, data trust and change initiatives that support our digitally‐enabled growth ambitions.
In This Role, You Will
* Build strong engagement with senior business stakeholders across all markets.
* Develop and continuously refine the business capability and IT roadmap.
* Lead, coach and develop a high‐performance, regionally dispersed IT team.
* Oversee programme and portfolio management aligned to strategic priorities.
* Ensure operational stability, cybersecurity, reliability and timely incident resolution.
* Manage partner and vendor ecosystems to ensure performance and value.
* Create and report against enterprise technology OKRs and performance dashboards.
About You
You are a seasoned technology leader with deep experience in IT strategy, operational excellence and large‐scale programme delivery. You bring proven gravitas, the ability to influence at all organisational levels, and a track record of developing talent and leading global teams.
To Succeed In This Role, You'll Ideally Bring
* 15+ years in senior IT leadership roles managing large, distributed teams.
* Extensive experience delivering major IT‐enabled programmes in multinational environments.
* Strong vendor management, commercial acumen, negotiation and contract oversight skills.
* Expertise in operational IT, risk management, cybersecurity and systems reliability.
* Exceptional stakeholder and relationship‐building capability.
* Experience in dairy or adjacent FMCG industries (preferred but not essential).
* Project/Programme Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) and tertiary qualifications.
