Positive knowledge of NCC and relevant building codes—critical for ensuring compliance and high-quality project outcomes.
Broad project scope, from North Queensland to New South Wales and even international projects in China.
Experience across most sectors including housing, multi-residential, and commercial developments is required.
Either graduate or registered architect qualification is acceptable for this position.
