Job Description
We're seeking a recent or soon-to-be graduate to join our team. In this role, you'll work with businesses facing financial challenges, crafting innovative solutions to restore stability and drive positive change.
* Prepare reports for creditors.
* Trade-on management, including preparing of budgets and forecasts.
* Investigating, analysing and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs.
* Sales of property, plant and equipment.
* Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings.
* Preparing insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions.
* Liaising with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines.
* Internal cash management and record keeping.
