Front Office Supervisor Job Opportunity



We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading daily front office operations and ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily front office operations, including managing staff, controlling cash handling procedures, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist with the training, coaching, and empowerment of Front Office team members, promoting their growth and development within the organization.
* Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and special requests, upholding the highest levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures, maintaining accurate records, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
* Promote hotel services, offers, and facilities to guests, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive engagement and loyalty.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, actively contributing to the success of our Workplace Health & Safety and Planet 21 initiatives.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, embracing diversity and inclusion in all aspects of work.
* Strong personal integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
