**The role**
The role is responsible for the southern region field team for the Out of Home channel, this covers Petrol and Convenience, Foodservice and Corporate Account field management execution. Within this role you'll be required to execute strategic national distributor and state plans in GSV, Trade Spend, NSV and GP for accounts at a state level. These plans will reflect the business needs including corporate sales, marketing objectives, manufacturing efficiencies and maximum investment of resources.
Your remit will also include but not be limited to;
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with national objectives.
- Manage existing distributor accounts and secure new business to exceed sales targets.
- Execute plans for key Catering & Distributor accounts.
- Lead the state account manager and business development manager to drive growth in the foodservice channel.
- Implement incentive and loyalty programs to support business goals.
- Provide regular performance reports and forecasts.
- Focus on trade spend reduction without compromising sales growth.
- Enhance customer service and establish core account relationships within the distributor network.
- Foster a motivated team environment and ensure ethical sales practices.
**The Person**
- Minimum of 3+ years of State Sales management experience in the FMCG / Food Service industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and build strong team environments.
- Have strong financial acumen to be able to report and present.
- Strong drive for results.
- High level of negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
