About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled Support Workers to provide a sense of safety, structure, acceptance, stability and security in Residential Care homes and in the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting young people in all aspects of life, both in the home and wider community.
* Support young people with daily living activities, personal care and social interactions.
* Implement strategies identified in the individualized care plans and participate in regular review and updates of care plans.
* Facilitate planned contact and connectedness to family as approved by child protection services.
