What You'll Do:
* Prepare service contracts with the clients of Exim Marketing Pty Ltd.
* Assist with cost analysis and budget tracking related to transportation contracts
* Resolve contract issues, discrepancies, or disputes with vendors or clients
* Review and update existing contracts with clients and subcontractors.
* Explain terms and conditions to project managers and key stakeholders.
* Ensure employees understand and comply with company contracts and service delivery standards.
* Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
* Ensure all deadlines and conditions described in contracts are met (e.g. payments, service delivery).
* Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Proven experience (1-2 years) in contract management
* Qualification in business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
* Offering outstanding customer service and you consider the entire customer experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of computer skills and inventory management tools
