Darling Downs Optometrist are a locally owned optometry practice. We offer a wide range of eye health services and eyewear for men, women and children.
Our expert optical staff assist our customer to choose the right frames and lenses for their needs, and with an impressive collection of over 1000 frames and sunglasses from leading eyewear brands in store and more online. We are looking for a passionate customer service professional to join our small passionate team and fill this highly enjoyable and varied role.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Receptionist / Optical Assistant** **you will combine technical knowledge, fashion advice and receptionist skills in a niche retail environment. You will make a difference to people's lives by helping them to achieve outstanding vision by providing state of the art optical solutions with an emphasis on functionality, style and fashion all with the aid of the latest technology.
Whilst previous optical experience is welcome, it is not necessary, as we will provide on the job training.
The role includes weekly Saturday morning work and is being offered as a full time role Monday to Saturday, but we will consider part time job share for the right applicant.
