The Organisation Our client is a market leader within the manufacturing space and is looking to onboard a like minded & highly skilled accounts officer on a part-time basis 24 hours per week. Our client is looking for someone that can work well within a team environment. The Responsibilities The duties of this role will combine Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, and include the following but not be limited to: Accounts Payable duties (75%) Processing of invoices Weekly payment runs Supplier reconciliations Dealing with internal and external stakeholders Accounts Receivable duties (25%) Allocating and receipting payments Collection calls and emails Various office admin duties Other Adhoc duties to assist the broader team The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will posses the following attributes and qualities, however not limited to the following: Previous experience within accounts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work within a team environment What's On Offer?
