About the Role
We're seeking a Recruitment Superstar to join our team from late July 2025 on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality recruitment support to our Retail markets nationwide.
This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences, developing talent acquisition skills, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail Management roles across Australia and New Zealand.
* Conducting telephone screens and leading virtual competency-based interviews.
* Completing and providing recommendations on reference checks and psychometric testing.
* Building strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Identifying recruitment process improvements and better ways of working.
* Maintaining recruitment ATS and careers page data integrity.
* Ensuring high standards of candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
* General recruitment administration and reporting.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role with proven recruitment experience (interviews, screening, advertising).
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field – Business Management/Human Resources.
* Experience in Retail Recruitment highly desirable.
* Sound knowledge in ATS systems, Page Up advantageous.
* Confident and engaging communicator.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Comfortable meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
* Ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect, and rapport with internal and external contacts.
* Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a positive 'can-do' and solution-focused attitude.
* Ability to flex between strategic and transactional detail.
