We are building a Procurement & Contracts talent pool for upcoming and future in-house opportunities across the Perth metropolitan area. Roles may be contract, fixed-term, or permanent, depending on business needs.
These opportunities will suit professionals who are comfortable operating in process-heavy environments, where systems are not always optimal and success depends on structure, attention to detail, and sound procurement fundamentals.
About the Opportunity
As part of this talent pool, you may be considered for in-house procurement and contract roles ranging from Administrators and Officers through to Senior Procurement and Contracts Specialists.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support compliant, value-driven procurement outcomes. These roles require strong governance awareness, coordination capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
These are not agency or consultancy roles.
Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
* End-to-end procurement and contract support across goods, services, and works
* Assisting with procurement planning, sourcing strategies, and tender processes
* Preparing RFQs, RFTs, evaluations, and contract documentation
* Contract establishment, variations, extensions, and compliance tracking
* Stakeholder engagement across operational and corporate portfolios
* Supplier liaison and contract administration
* Managing approvals, records, and documentation within procurement systems
* Ensuring compliance with policies, delegations, and governance frameworks
* Operating effectively within structured and sometimes complex processes
What We're Looking For
* Proven in-house procurement and/or contract experience (essential)
* Experience working within process-driven environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Sound understanding of procurement governance and compliance
* Professional, service-oriented approach
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
* Public sector procurement experience
* Exposure to complex or high-value contracts
* Reporting, analytics, or systems expertise (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.)
* Qualifications in procurement, commerce, law, or business
