About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, the Assistant Retail Manager will play a pivotal role by supporting the daily operations of our designer fashion hire store. This is a fast-paced, high-performance retail store located in a beautifully appointed space in Subiaco.

6 month maximum-term Full Time role with potential extension (working Sat, Mon to Thur) plus occasional additional hours supporting in-store events.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Styling and assisting a diverse range of customers, assessing their needs and helping them find the perfect outfit for life’s special events
- Supporting the store manager and business manager in driving success
- Working closely with the team to achieve KPIs measured by sales and customer satisfaction
- Delivering excellence in customer experience at all interaction points
- Contributing to high visual merchandising standards as set by the Business Manager and Store Manager
- Closing and processing sales
