Guidance Officer Role
This role involves providing counselling services addressing educational issues, collaborating with teachers to support students' mental health and enhancing student engagement by working closely with parents, staff and external agencies.
Responsibilities include assisting students in decision-making for education social-emotional development career pathways while maintaining confidentiality and professional records. Regular participation in ongoing professional development is also required.
