About the role
The Assistant Director Major Infrastructure Proposals reports to the Director Corporate Services and Major Infrastructure Projects and is responsible for leading and developing the Major Infrastructure Proposals Branch within the Corporate Services and Major Infrastructure Projects Team.
The Assistant Director will assume a lead role in the strategic asset life cycle planning for the Departments major infrastructure projects. The role will develop infrastructure planning strategies, draft budget submissions, and coordinate business case development for major infrastructure projects.
The Assistant Director Major Infrastructure Proposals will assume a lead role in the preparation, maintenance and updating the Department's Strategic Asset Plan to support the Departments ongoing operational objectives and priorities in accordance with the Strategic Asset Management Framework.
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
