We are opening a new store in Tamworth and looking to recruit an Assistant Community Shop Manager.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and a love of working in their local community.
You will be supporting the Community Shop Manager (CSM) in leading a team of volunteers, empowered to make decisions locally while working within a supportive framework.
Key Responsibilities

* Work within and for your local community, ensuring engagement and support are understood and promoted
* Manage and lead the store in the absence of the CSM
Requirements
* Good customer service skills
* Previous retail experience
* Able to manage and lead the store
