About the Role: As Transaction Services Manager, you'll be at the forefront of complex financial transactions, guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and more. You'll work across varied industries, delivering strategic insights and ensuring seamless execution. Lead and manage financial transactions including M&A, divestitures, and capital events Conduct detailed financial due diligence and risk assessments Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution Develop financial models and perform valuations to support strategic decisions Prepare transaction documentation including financial statements and presentations Advise senior stakeholders on transaction opportunities and challenges Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments Build strong relationships with external advisors and financial institutions About You: You're a commercially minded professional with a passion for transactions and a knack for solving complex financial problems.
