About Our Role
A key position within our maintenance team, this role involves overseeing and performing maintenance activities to meet compliance and quality standards. As a hands-on leader, you will work closely with site managers and the area manager to minimize disruptions.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and perform maintenance activities – both reactive and preventive – to meet compliance and quality standards.
* Lead, train and support a small team of maintenance professionals.
* Work closely with Site Managers and the Area Manager to minimise disruptions.
* Manage assets, vehicles and equipment with care and efficiency.
* Champion sustainability initiatives and ensure contractor compliance.
* Uphold safety and audit standards, including WHS.

About You
Trade Certificate in a relevant field and trade experience preferred. Hands-on maintenance skills. Skilled in managing maintenance systems, budgets and teams. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and operational processes. Knowledge of statutory regulations and compliance requirements. Valid driver's licence and willingness to complete Fire Safety Officer training. Experience in aged-care, retirement living or healthcare environments is highly regarded.
