Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive sales expert to join our expanding team in Bendigo. This role involves leading the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.
Main Responsibilities
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND MAINTEIN HIGH PRESENCE IN THE MARKETPLACE
* SOURCING, LISTING, SELLING AND LEASING OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES ACROSS GREATER BENDIGO AND SURROUNDING AREAS
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for:
* A natural hunter who is commercially astute
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
* An excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
