* Salary range: $111,198 to $119,071 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The role of the Clinical Midwife – Caseload (Midwifery Group Practice (MGP)) is to provide primary midwifery care for an allocated group of women, in collaboration with other health care providers, across the continuum of pregnancy, labour, birth and the post-partum period within Maternity Services and in the community.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration:
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this position.
* Midwifery: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualifications and registrations with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of current practising certificates.
* Midwifery Model of Care – Continuity of care caseload model working within the local agreement as per Nursing and Midwifery Award.
* Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
