Role Description
As a Non-Executive Board Member at BRi, you will contribute strategic thinking and industry insights to guide the company's growth and operations. Your responsibilities will include attending quarterly board meetings, providing governance and compliance oversight, contributing to business strategy, and supporting decision‐making in key areas like risk management, financial oversight, and business development. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with some opportunities for remote contribution.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in corporate governance, business strategy, and regulatory compliance
* Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‐making skills with the ability to provide sound strategic guidance
* Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or international trade industries
* Experience building and maintaining professional relationships across diverse stakeholders
* Proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and operational oversight
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage
* Commitment to ethical leadership and upholding organizational integrity
