Our client is an alcohol and beverage company based in north-east in Melbourne who is looking for a laboratory technologist with knowledge of analytical chemistry.
About the role:
- Based in the North-Eastern Suburbs
- Experience with HPLC and GC
- Casual full time contract until December 2025
- Flexible to work across day, afternoon and night shift
- Immediate Start

Duties:
- Analytical testing & sample management (HPLC, GC)
- Maintain and calibrating equipment
- Utilise SAP to receipt samples and record results
- Documentation and development of Standard Operating procedures and training programs as required
- Provide trends and reports to improve quality performance
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in chemistry or food science or related fields
- Analytical chemistry skills and knowledge
- Developed organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Developed computer skills and report writing capabilities.
- SAP and GLP experience is ideal
- Knowledge and application of OHSE specific to laboratories
- Proficiency in chromatographic analytical instrumentation – HPLC and/or GC
