About the role
* Run your section during prep and service
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Deliver consistent, high‐quality dishes
* Maintain clean, organised workstations
* Work collaboratively in a fast‐paced team
What we're looking for
* Experience in a busy, high‐volume kitchen
* A positive, team‐oriented attitude
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Valid Australian working rights required
